Please do not send original copies of your proof of address, age or disability, as they cannot be returned. All documents will be disposed of securely once the application has been processed. This address is a postal address only and county hall does not have any face to face facility for applicants attending in person.

Lancashire residents can also call the NoWcard Helpline on 0300 123 6737, customer service staff will part complete your application during the call and advise you of what proof of eligibility you will be required to send into the NoWcard office.

You should then send in copies of your proof of eligibility with a recent passport style/quality photograph quoting the reference number you have been given by the customer service staff.
